What's the plan?

I put together a list a wee while ago on what needs to be done to build a boat. Today I went through it add added a wet finger estimate on everything - from an hour for this to twelve hours for that.  The total came to around 340hrs.  Add ten percent for thinking time and my estimate ends around 375hrs.  Not too far from my expectation of 350 to 400hrs.

This list means I can map out a rough timetable and see how far I need to get each month if I want to be ready during next summer.  The end of July is the target....

Time will tell how that goes.
